Some skills (such as aerials, somersaults, and back flips) require strong foundations in gymnastics and may not be suitable for younger or beginner gymnasts. Each monthly session will include skill prerequisites listed clearly on the booking page. Age 7+

Confident forward rolls

Good jump height and landing control

Be able to perform controlled straight jumps with good height

Consistent hurdle step take off

Comfortable using trampoline and Springboards
