We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Gymnastics Mastery Series – monthly Sunday skill builder sessions designed to help your child focus on and master a specific gymnastics skill each month. These masterclasses are perfect for gymnasts who want to: ✅ Improve a specific skill with dedicated time and coaching ✅ Build confidence and technique in a focused, small-group setting ✅ Go beyond their weekly class to progress faster 🔟 Limited to 10 spaces per month! 💰 £15 per session (1-hour session) 📍 Sundays at Earls Gymnastics 👥 Existing members only 📅 5th-26th October 2025 - Aerial Academy 📅 2nd-30th November - Back Flip Basics 👉 Book now via Class4Kids to secure your child’s spot! These sessions are coach-led, structured, and tailored to age and ability – offering the perfect opportunity for your gymnast to grow and shine. 🔺 Important Note on Suitability:🔺 Please ensure your child is of the appropriate age and experience level before booking a Masterclass. Some skills (such as aerials, somersaults, and back flips) require strong foundations in gymnastics and may not be suitable for younger or beginner gymnasts. Each monthly session will include skill prerequisites listed clearly on the booking page. 🚦 Pre-Requisites – November: Back Flip Basics
To safely take part in the Back Flip Basics Masterclass, gymnasts must already:
✅ Be confident holding a handstand (against the wall or free-standing)
✅ Have strong enough upper body strength to land safely on hands
✅ Show good core control in shapes like dish/arch, and in jumping activities
✅ Be confident with backward movements
✅ Be aged 8+
✅ If you are unsure, please check with your coach
These skills ensure gymnasts have the body control and awareness needed to begin back flipping progressions with confidence and safety.
If your child is not yet confident in these, we recommend continuing in weekly classes and joining a future Masterclass better suited to their current level.
